Attend­ing the Alexander-Technique Learn­ing Group with The Motion Mas­ter® will give you the under­stand­ing and know­ledge of how to allow your body to move more freely.  See­ing the demon­stra­tions makes it easy to under­stand and then imple­ment the learn­ing into your own way of being.

The Learn­ing Group is dynamic and inter­act­ive, every­one who comes to the group con­trib­utes with their ques­tions, and by being will­ing to exper­i­ence the Alexander-Technique within the group, thus provid­ing the demonstrations.

See­ing the effects of the Alexander-Technique on other par­ti­cipants provides you with the out­side view of the pro­cess, which is as import­ant as the inside view, help­ing you change your under­stand­ing of human move­ment and func­tion, of the way you are made and the way you are made to move.
